Removing And Stopping Cookie Installs

Firefox 2.0+ / 3.0+ / 4.0+/

Disable cookies:

1. Go to ‘Tools’ in the menu bar
2. Click on ‘Options’
3. Click on ‘Privacy Tab’
4. Disable the box that says ‘Accept Cookies From sites’

To clear existing cookies:

1. Go to ‘Tools’ in the menu bar
2. Click on ‘Options’
3. Click on ‘Privacy Tab’
4. Click on “Clear Now”
5. Select “Cookies”
6. Click on “Clear Private Data Now”

Google Chrome

Disable cookies:

1. Go to ‘Tools Menu’
2. Click on ‘Options’
3. Click on ‘Under the Hood’
4. ‘Cookie Setting’ should be selected. Once done select ‘Block all Cookies’
5. Now all cookies should be blocked on your Google Chrome

To clear existing cookies:

1. Go to ‘Tools Menu’
2. Click on ‘Options’
3. Click on ‘Under the Hood’
4. Under ‘Privacy’ section select “Show Cookies’
5. A new window should open called ‘Cookies’ In here you can see all the cookies within your Google Chrome Browser
6. Click on “Remove All” to remove all traces of cookies
   If you wish to only remove a certain cookie, simply highlight and click “Remove”

Internet Explorer (IE) 11

To delete existing cookies:

1. On the Start screen, tap or click ‘Internet Explorer’ to open Internet Explorer
2. Move the cursor to the right edge of the screen, and then click on ‘Settings’
3. Click ‘Options’, and then, under History, click ‘Select’
4. Select the Cookies check box, and then click Delete
5. Your Internet Explorer 11 should now be cookie free!

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is a third party service that is used on majority of websites.  The service collects information about a user’s visit and behaviour on the website.

We use Google Analytics to help us track our website performance, number of visits to the site and its pages.

The user information is processed anonymously and you are never identified to google.  Google is not allowed in any way to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

Other Third Party Providers

One some of our pages we use other third party services, such as that of YouTube.com.  These providers set their own cookies according to their own policies.  we provide information through our “privacy preference” window on how you may be able to disable their cookies, or we may provide a link to their privacy policy pages.

Our web site contains links to information on other web sites that we feel maybe useful to you as our visitor.  However, we do not control and cannot be held responsible for the protection and privacy of any information that you provide while visiting those sites.
